Delegate Credentials
Each Council is entitled to send two members in the third degree to serve as the official delegates, who could be eligible for a per diem and mileage provided they participate in the required business meetings.
Mileage is $0.40 per mile from the council headquarter city to the convention site. Per-diem is $130 for the duration of the state council meeting.
