"As [the Knights of Columbus] grows, it is impossible to know everyone, but if I try to relate myself with just one other person, something will happen, something remarkable."
I am the State Profile Page (website) chairman for IowaKofC.org. Let me know if you have questions about your Profile Page (website) and/or the IowaKofC.org website platform.
District 8 looks forward to engaging more fully in membership growth & development (retention). We hope this group will, itself, grow and flourish with good ideas and conversation.

One of the biggest problems, it seems to me, as GK, is to get one guy to head up the "Give Me 5" and another man to head up the "Power of 10." The idea I'm trying to get across is taking the burden off of the GK of having to recruit most or all of the new members.
Important recruitment & retention strategies:
Power of 1
Give Me 5
Power of 10

We need to be positive …. Help our Brother Knights think ONE at a time as the goal and not TWELVE. Twelve is the number of apostles which brings us to the 4-Mores just in case we may 4-Get its about Charity rooted in Faith. We evangelize the world putting our Faith into Action ONE loving act at time. When a council invites new Brothers and Grows them in Charitable Activity, Faith Formation and Fraternal Support a special Christian Brotherhood develops.
So don’t 4-Get to Ask One Man to join the Knights in order to do More-4 himself, his family and his church. Do it NOW B-4 it’s too late.
Welcome to
