The Columbian Award form (Form SP-7) is critically important to Councils ("The Importance of the SP-7 form"). Here is information to help Grand Knights fill out the Columbian Award (Form SP-7), which is required to achieve Star Council status:

Information for Financial Secretaries:
Membership Records has a team of 8 in a call center dedicated exclusively to helping Financial Secretaries use Member Management. They can help the FS do anything, from creating hand receipts, to printing membership cards, to updating member data, to assigning officer or director roles to members, etc. The hotline is 203-800-7451. When someone dials that number, one of the 8 in the call center will pick up and assist the FS. The general number for Membership Records is 203-800-4955.
