Update on the Wheelchair Mission

American Wheelchair MissionAs reported earlier at the July meeting, the Iowa Knights have purchased a sea container of 110 wheelchairs which have been ordered, and should be delivered to Haiti sometime in September or October. Dan Moberg of the Wheelchair  Mission told me that after the shipment arrives in Port Au Prince, it typically can take up to 5 months for the chairs to be cleared for distribution.
