In a letter to State Officers and Still Agency Team members Shawn Still announced on Friday that he was stepping down as a General Agent, but returning as a Field Agent. Below is his letter. We wish him and his family the best during this transition.
Dear State Officers and Team members,
I’m grateful for the Past 11 years to serve the 87 councils and 12,000 members of Central and Southeast Iowa as the General agent for the Knights of Columbus Insurance. I have decide to slow down my career and take on a smaller role with less travel and less commitment. I will be returning to being a field agent with the Knights of Columbus Insurance in Iowa once again.
This journey as General agent over the past 11 years has been a great adventure and I have no regrets it at all. We have helped the State bring in thousands of new members, open many new councils and hit many milestones. I’m most proud of the 1 billion of written coverage of protection on the members and their family’s over the past 11 years in our agency that we hit in 2018.
During the next few months we will look for a qualified individual that will step up a continue the strong legacy of protection that you have come to know and deserve here in Iowa. Once again thank you for the trust and confidence you have placed in the STILL Agency and Knights of Columbus Insurance over the past 11 years. It’s been an honor to sever and protect you
