"Attract with Fraternal Programs!" webinar follow up

Webinar Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern - "Attract with Fraternal Programs!" (http://www.kofc.org/en/members/resources/membership-webinar.html).

Question from audience: "How to get council brothers active; many of them say that they're too busy to get involved, so only a few members in the council actually do most of the work. Thanks." Here was the answer given by the webinar leaders: "If you keep preaching to those members and they see what we are doing hopefully they will join in our programs. Another thing to do, is ask those members what they want to do."

Here was the purpose of the webinar:
Conducting charitable outreach projects provides an attractive vehicle to put your faith into action. What programs are attracting members in your council to assist, and what programs will attract new members to join? Council's need to hold warm, welcoming and inclusive programs that are family-friendly and provide faith-filled opportunities for your parish and community. In this 1-hour presentation, we’ll cover ways for your council to make a difference by being frateral in leadership and conducting fraternal programs:
Foundational Programs for your Council
Building a Faith-filled family-friendly Council atmosphere
Bridging Fraternal Years with Fraternal Family Programs

having good programs in place, and regularly reviewing, modifying, discarding, and adding programs is critical to Council recruitment. Doing the same old same old time and again without any thought of possible change is a recipe for Council stagnation.
