This Week On Knight Life:
Hello to Fellow Knights and Friends,
Knight Life adds a new voice to the show. This week we welcome John Lillis to the host's microphone.
John was Program Director for Catholic Radio KFHC in Sioux City and is a broadcast professional. He is a man of faith, action and passion.
We have also added another person to our staff: Lisa Bourne is now Programming and Promotions director. She will use her journalistic skills to line up interviews, publish our work to the Iowa Knights Website and do some interviewing of her own.
Ken starts out introducing John who then shares words of inspiration from Supreme Knight Carl Anderson on the distinctive contribution that Catholic Charity can bring to national life.
Ken travels to Dyersville to talk to Fr. Dennis Quint pastor at the Basilica. Fr Dennis jokes about Irish and German heritage but more seriously addresses the value of the Knights especially in addressing the culture of death hovering so closely by in NorthEast Iowa.
We also travel to North Central Iowa with John Lillis to visit with Fr. Paul Lippstock. Fr. Paul not only serves as pastor at Britt but he is also a chaplain for the Knights and for the Army National Guard.
John continues his interview with Fr. Paul Lippstock. We hear of his journey to priesthood and chaplaincy in the Knights.

If you know of someone in the Knights or close to the Knights whose charity has inspired you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we might let their work inspire others to attempt the same.
