Michael Gaspers appointed District Master of 4th Degree in Iowa

My very dear brothers:

Today I received a letter from the Supreme Master Dennis Stoddard communicating the appointment of the new District Master for the 47 Assemblies that make up the Iowa Jurisdiction.

The new District Master will be Michael P. Gaspers, Past State Deputy from 2006 to 2008 and for the first six months of 2015. He is a member of Holy Rosary Council 2839 in Danbury and is a member of the Garrigan Assembly 265 based in Sioux City. He and his wife Anita reside in Danbury, IA. During his tenure as State Deputy, Mike Gaspers achieved the Circle of Honor in 2007-2008 and once again, as Membership Director, in 2013-2014.

Mike Gaspers has been appointed District Master for Iowa following the resignation of David Bellendier, Past State Deputy and Former Supreme Director, who will be working for the Supreme Council under Supreme Secretary Michael J. O’Connor, and chose to let his term expire at the end of this month. Mike’s two-year term as District Master will begin on September 1, 2017 and he will be incorporated to the Iowa Executive Committee, as established by the bylaws of the State Council

Please join me in congratulating District Master Michael P. Gaspers and wish him the best in his new endeavor with the Knights of Columbus and for the success of the Fourth Degree in Iowa.

Vivat Jesus! We Are Called!
