Past State Deputy to become Vice Supreme Master

Today I received a letter from the Supreme Master Dennis Stoddard communicating the appointment of the new Vice Supreme Master for the Father Padilla Province of the Fourth Degree of our Order, which is made up by the jurisdictions of Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.

The new Vice Supreme Master will be our very own Patrick T. O’Keefe, Past State Deputy and Former District Master for the Iowa Jurisdiction.

We should be proud to have one of our own being appointed to such high and prestigious position for the Fourth Degree and for the Order in General. Past State Deputy and Former District Master Patrick T. O’Keefe will assume his new role  beginning September 1, 2017.

Pat O’Keefe continues following on the steps of his father, Thomas M. O’Keefe who served as State Deputy for the State of Iowa from 1980 to1982, and as Vice Supreme Master from 1998 to 2002. Patrick O’Keefe served as State Deputy from 2008-2010 and as District Master from 2010-2014. He is a member of Council St. Mary of Nazareth 11643 in Des
Moines. He and his wife Nancy reside in Urbandale, IA.

Please join me in congratulating Vice Supreme Master Pat O’Keefe and wish him the best in his new endeavor with the Knights of Columbus.
