Saint Benedict's Parish Engages in Weekly Eucharistic Adoration

Saint Benedict's parish has been engaging in weekly Eucharistic adoration from 7 am to 8 pm each Monday since Monday 6 November 2017.

The parish is looking for committed adorers who will sign up to spend time, weekly, with the exposed blessed Sacrament. If you are interested, please click here to contact Saint Benedict's parish.

Members of the Knights of Columbus are especially encouraged to spend time in the presence of Jesus, as He is exposed on the altar, so as to strengthen their commitment to the Church.

Decorah Knights Council 4208 member Deacon Dan O'Brien is shown below adoring the blessed Sacrament just after exposition on Monday 27 November 2017.

Decorah Knights Council 4208 member Deacon Nick Francois is shown below adoring the blessed Sacrament during Benediction on Monday 2 July 2018.

[Jesus] said to Peter, “So you could not keep watch with me for one hour? Watch and pray that you may not undergo the test. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”--Saint Matthew's Gospel, chapter 26, verses 40-41.
