State Deputy Successfully Completes "Over the Edge for Special Olympics Iowa"


Worthy State Deputy Joe Ramirez was one of a few to go Over the Edge for Special Olympics Iowa by rappelling off the 345 ft Financial Center in downtown Des Moines on Wednesday, 19 September 2012.

The Over the Edge for Special Olympics Iowa fundraiser supports the nearly 11,000 athletes, Unified Sports partners, and participants that are served statewide by Special Olympics Iowa.

For a gentlemen who has a huge fear of heights, our Worthy State Deputy clearly showed that when you put your trust in our Lord and Savior, we can succeed.
