According to the State bylaws, resolutions for consideration will be accepted no later than 45 calendar days which set the deadline at February 14, 2025.

State Council Annual Meeting materials
Delegate Credentials
Each Council is entitled to send two members in the Third degree to serve as the official delegates, who could be eligible for a per diem and mileage provided they participate in the required business meetings.
Mileage is $0.40 per mile from the council headquarter city to the convention site. Per Diem is $200* for the duration of the state council meeting.
*Delegate(s) must stay at the host hotel to receive per diem.
