Fourth Degree KofC Ceremonial Knighting

Father Paul F. Hans Assembly 3265 has remained committed to inviting Brother Knights from the Northern Polk County Councils it serves to join the rank of Sir Knight even during the COVID-19 pandemic. From March 2020 through the 2021 Iowa Knights of Columbus Convention, twenty-one Sir Knights have joined Assembly 3265.

At the start of the Assembly 3265 meeting at Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Ankeny on 10 May 2021, eleven Sir Knights who joined online during the pandemic were given the opportunity to be ceremonially knighted. Former Vice Supreme Master, Iowa Knights of Columbus Hall of Famer, and fellow Sir Knight of Assembly 3265 Francis Schlueter performed the knighting.




Sir Knights ceremonially knighted were: Keith Martin, Brad Wall, Ryan King, Garrett McClain, Scott Nessa, Stephen Loiacono, Raymond Parent, John Pieper, Leon Helling, Gerald Falta, and Tom Quinlin.
